Eligibility for Refund
- Refund requests must be made within 15 days of purchase.
- Refunds only apply to HDPE products purchased directly from the manufacturing unit
- Refunds won’t be issued for:
- Used, altered, customized, or special order products
- Damaged pipes due to improper handling/storage, accidents, misuse, negligence, or
third-party acts - Normal wear and tear or environmental conditions.
Refund Process

- Provide your order number, reason for refund, and any relevant documentation (e.g.,
proof of purchase, photos of defective products). - Our team will review your request and process the refund within 7-10 business days.
Refund Amount
- Refunds will be issued for the full amount paid, minus any processing fees (if applicable.)
- Refunds will be issued in the original payment method.
Exceptions
